Do you accept insurance?
I accept Husky / Medicaid.
For all other insurance, I am an out of network provider. This means you are still using your insurance benefits, but you pay me for my work and the insurance company will reimburse you. Please check with your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits. If you have out of network benefits, I will supply you with paperwork that you can submit for possible reimbursement by your insurance company.
Payment I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

What are your rates?
I charge $150.00 per hour for therapy sessions.
I charge $175.00 per 45 minutes for coaching sessions.
Therapy is considered a tax deductible medical expense.
I require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Without the 24 hour notice, unless there is an emergency, you will be required to pay the full session fee.

When you call, we will talk about what your needs are, how I can help and determine if I will be a good fit for you.
What will our first appointment be like?
When you come in, you will fill out confidentiality and consent agreements so I can help you to feel better.
