Do you accept insurance?
I accept Husky / Medicaid.
For all other insurance, I am an out of network provider. This means you are still using your insurance benefits, but you pay me for my work and the insurance company will reimburse you. Please check with your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits. If you have out of network benefits, I will supply you with paperwork that you can submit for possible reimbursement by your insurance company.
Payment I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Therapy is considered a tax deductible medical expense.
